KEY BEHAVIORS WORKSHOP
SpoFI is honored to have been chosen by the National Fatherhood Initiative as one of 30 organizations across the nation to beta test a new workshop “24:7 Dad Key Behaviors Workshop.” This 8-hour course teaches men the value and importance of 12 key behaviors such as having an accountability partner, taking care of your emotional health, disciplining children in healthy ways, and developing fathering skills. Graduates of our successful 24:7 Dad classes will benefit reviewing the Characteristics of the 24:7 Dad while learning new ways to apply those characteristics with two Key Behaviors for each characteristic. Those who have not taken a 24:7 Dad class will benefit learning the characteristics and go on to take the 24:7 Dad classes.
Key Behaviors is designed as an all day Workshop or can be broken up into several sessions. Our first offering, via Zoom Meetings, will be presented across two, consecutive Saturday morning sessions.
There are 7 Sessions included in the Workshop (Sessions 1, 2 & 3 on September 19; Sessions 4, 5, 6 & 7 on September 26) Participants must complete all seven sessions to graduate and get a certificate.
