About the class

What is 24-7 Dad®?

24-7 Dad® is an evidence-based fatherhood curriculum developed by the National Fatherhood Initiative. It’s used in hundreds of programs across the country, including prisons, treatment centers, and community organizations.

The class covers what it really means to be a dad: building trust with your kids, managing emotions, being dependable even when life is hard, and understanding the kind of man your children need you to be.

It’s honest. It’s practical. And it’s designed for real men in real situations.

What to expect:

• 12 weekly sessions, Wednesdays 6:30–8:30 PM
• Led by a trained facilitator on-site at Adult & Teen Challenge Spokane
• Small group format with open discussion
• Workbook provided at no cost to you
• Certificate of completion upon finishing the course

No experience required. You don't have to have everything figured out to show up.

About your facilitator

This round of 24-7 Dad® at Adult & Teen Challenge will be led by Dave Sprunger, Operations and Programs Coordinator at the Spokane Fatherhood Initiative. Dave brings a genuine passion for walking alongside men who are doing the hard work of change. He’s not there to lecture. He’s there to walk through it with you.

Adult & Teen Challenge Spokane Men’s Center has been helping men break free from life-controlling problems for decades. Their Christ-centered, residential approach creates the kind of stable, structured environment where real growth happens.

The Spokane Fatherhood Initiative has been running evidence-based fatherhood programs in Spokane since 2018, with more than 860 men completing a course. Together, we believe that when a man heals, his whole family starts to breathe again. That’s the mission.

Men who complete 24-7 Dad® Basic and Advanced may also be eligible to continue their growth through Dad2Dad, SpoFI’s ongoing process group for men who want to keep going.
