Dads AF 2.0 launches mid-April. In the meantime, we're meeting, walking, and doing the work together. Fill out the quick form below to get on the schedule.
What’s happening
The Dads AF 2.0 class start date has shifted to mid-April. We’re still locking down the right location, and we’re not going to rush that to get it wrong.
What’s not shifting: the group. We’re getting together starting this week.
One of the most powerful parts of the original Dads AF wasn’t what happened in the room. It was the stuff between sessions — the walks, the coffee meetups, the conversations that didn’t need an agenda. We’re building that in from day one this time.
The Dads AF working group is low-key and high-value. We hike, walk, grab coffee, and talk about life. No workbooks. No performance. Just men showing up for each other while the class gets ready to launch.
First meetup: tomorrow morning
Wednesday, March 18 at 7:00 AM Meet at SpoFI HQ: 711 E 3rd Ave, Spokane 2–3 miles along the Centennial Trail at a pace that works for the group Coffee and fresh fruit provided
No RSVP required, but it helps to know how many are coming. Fill out the form below and check that you’re planning to join.
Sign up for the working group
This form takes about two minutes. Your responses go directly to Lawrence and help finalize the schedule for both the working group meetups and the class sessions. Fill it out once and you’re done.
Get ahead before class starts
The supplemental content library is launching this week. Short reads and videos tied directly to the six pillars: purpose, physical health, habits, mental optimization, nutrition, and brotherhood. Getting into these now means you hit day one with context, not questions.
What to expect in the class
Seven Wednesday sessions. Six pillars. One capstone rafting trip on the Clark Fork River. Over 100 research-backed sources. A small cohort by design. This is not a repeat of round one. The curriculum has been completely rebuilt.
