    SpoFI is accepting nominations for the 2026 Fathers of the Year beginning March 1. We recognize two dads each year — one custodial, one non-custodial — who completed our programs and kept showing up for their kids. Nominations close June 1, 2026.

    SpoFI Honors Outstanding Fathers at Annual Father’s Day Celebration

    Two exemplary fathers recognized for dedication to family and community service The Spokane Fatherhood Initiative (SpoFI) celebrated exceptional fatherhood and community commitment at their annual Father’s Day recognition ceremony, honoring two remarkable men who embody the organization’s mission of strengthening families through engaged, responsible parenting. The celebration also marked a significant milestone for SpoFI’s growing impact, as 28 new graduates completed their comprehensive fatherhood training programs.
