Fill out the top of the form below then use the space at the end to write the letter. Remember it is FROM your child or children TO you.
Write a short letter or write three or four short messages (thoughts) your child or children would put in a longer letter telling you to take better care of your health so that you will be around for their graduation, wedding or to meet your grand children. Consider some of the things you wrote in your Handbook during Session 4.
