    SpoFI is accepting nominations for the 2026 Fathers of the Year beginning March 1. We recognize two dads each year — one custodial, one non-custodial — who completed our programs and kept showing up for their kids. Nominations close June 1, 2026.

    Building Legacy: Nearly 200 Gather to Celebrate Fatherhood and Family Transformation

    The Spokane Fatherhood Initiative’s Building Legacy fundraiser brought together nearly 200 community members for an evening that showcased the transformative power of engaged fatherhood. Held November 15th, the event raised approximately $175,000 toward the organization’s $200,000 annual goal, bringing SpoFI within reach of fully funding another year of life-changing programming.

    29 Spokane Fathers Graduate from 24/7 Dad® — New Classes Start October 28th

    Another milestone for Spokane dads! Family, friends, and supporters packed the room Friday night as 29 fathers walked the stage to receive their 24/7 Dad® graduation certificates — complete with hugs, mugs, and a few happy tears. ➡️ That brings SpoFI’s total to 810 graduates across 92 classes since our very first class of 11 men in 2018.
