    Weekend Activities with SpoFI’s “Dads About Fitness” (Dads AF) Foster Community and Wellness

    In the scenic switchbacks leading down to the Little Spokane River today, a group of dads dedicated to healthy parenting and habits came together to hike. United by their commitment to personal growth and family well-being, these dads—SpoFI alumni and part of the Dads About Fitness (Dads AF) program—ventured into Waikiki Springs for a day of exploration and camaraderie.

    Nominations may be made by SpoFI Board and Advisory Board Members; 24-7 Dad® Alumni; current and past Dad2Dad group members; 24-7 Dad® Class Facilitators, Co-Facilitators and Observers. Final Selection Committee shall be comprised of at least three members appointed by the SpoFI President, Ron Hauenstein.

    Thank you for helping us reach 88% of our 2023 EOY goal!

    We had an exciting finish to our fundraising campaign, as our December gift total reached $28,176. Our campaign total stands at $79,176, or 88% of the $90,000 we hoped to raise. This is an amazing demonstration of support for fathers and families. To all who gave, we say thank you.

    Ron Hauenstein

    Ron is a semi-retired life insurance agent. He was raised in Reardan, WA and began his life insurance career in Fairbanks, Alaska. He and his wife Becky have two grown children. Ron and Becky attend Victory Faith Fellowship in the Spokane Valley and have lived in Spokane since 1993.
